Submit the scholarly book review of Erik Hollnagel’s book title Barriers and Accident Prevention.
During the first six modules of the course, you were assigned readings from the Reason book to complete this activity.
The review must be submitted in APA format (current edition). You should review the following documents associated with writing a book review.

Notice that book reviews are detailed, but succinct. The submission should be approximately 750 – 1000 words. While there are various ways to write a book review, your review should contain the following sections.
- Short Summary of Content
- Analysis and Evaluation of the Book
Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.
Note: Your paper will be submitted thought Turnitin, a plagiarism detection tool. Submitting the same paper to more than one course is considered self-plagiarism and will result in a failing grade.
