Continuous Improvement Discussion

Edward Deming is considered one of the fathers of the modern quality movement. His 14 points serve as a visual reminder of the critical elements of continuous improvement:

  • Identify five points that you believe are most important to an organization.
  • Explain why you have chosen each of those five points.
  • What organizational barriers must be overcome?
  • How would you address the barriers and what might the expected results be?

Your discussion posting must be at least 250 words in length, and contain a library-based, scholarly citation and a supporting reference. Use the CSU-Global Library or other online resources to retrieve your scholarly or peer-reviewed articles and journals.
